How Much Does a Metal Building Cost?
Large metal buildings’ prices can vary greatly depending on the options you choose. The lowest-priced option, an unenclosed carport, has a base price of $6,795 for a 32×20 structure, but your total cost may be higher depending on the size of the building you choose, whether you want enclosed sides, any options you may want to add, and building requirements in your state.
Please note that while we work very hard to keep our prefab metal building kits’ prices as low as possible, some factors are out of our control, such as fluctuating steel market prices and the price of fuel.

Cost Considerations
Please note that a 3% freight charge must be added to the pretax metal building cost of any structure over $30,000. In addition, for 52-foot-wide and 60-foot-wide metal buildings, there’s a fee of either 3% or $900, whichever is greater. When you’re ordering prefab metal structures or steel building kits, prices listed will not reflect this fee.
Upon ordering, a 17% deposit is due via check or credit card, with half of the balance due when the structure is scheduled for delivery. This payment structure helps keep our metal building prices low.
